This tropical leaves mixed media work was inspired by time spent at the Bermuda Aquarium and Zoo in their outdoor tropical gardens filled with lush flora and beautiful fauna.
This Split Leaf Philodendron (Monstera Deliciosa) was close to the turquoise waters on Harrington Sound which peeks out from behind the leaves.
Finished with a glossy shine that looks very similar to my resin work, however was created using acrylic pouring medium as a thick glossy varnish to enhance the vibrancy of the colours.
The edges are painted blue. The back is signed and professionally wired. This painting arrives ready to hang on your wall. No framing is required.
